Contract Pharmacal Corp. (CPC) is investing $40 million in a project that includes buying and renovating a 17,500-square-foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at 165 Oser Ave. Plans are to also build a 140,000-square-foot extension that will unite that building with one of the company’s current buildings at 145 Oser Ave. Once the new facility is complete, CPC will also be increasing its full-time employee count by about 150 to over 1500.   The company currently maintains multiple facili...
